TeEACH is an applied research centre focused on addressing the service and support needs of children who experience adversity and their families. We have a large and growing body of research that aims to inform impactful approaches to supporting positive outcomes for children in the out-of-home care system. We know that there is a pressing need for child-centred and relationship-based approaches to supporting children who have been removed from their birth families, and that this will require change across all levels of the system. This symposium will explore this ecology, including the perspectives of children, carers, birth families, service providers and policy makers.
